Our hiring process
Step 1
Intro call with our talent team
You’ve applied for the role, and we’ll aim to get back to you within 7 working days. Our Talent team will reach out to you if successful, to schedule a telephone interview or online meeting.
Step 2
First round interview
We move really quickly! From there, the Talent team will confirm if you’re moving forward to the first round of interviews and schedule it in.
Step 3
Second round interview
So you’ve made it to the final stages! The second interview will be arranged and following this, you’ll find out within 3 to 5 working days if you’ve secured the role (fingers crossed!). The whole process from initial contact takes us around 3 weeks.
