About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join us.

Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of internal support tasks including media scheduling and offer management.
• Scheduling booked media campaigns inclusive of collecting assets, confirmation of booked dates, sending approvals to brands.
• Dealing with offer management requests such as scheduling boosted offers, creating additional offers, resolving code issues/codes running low and updating image offers.
• Ensuring that tasks are completed and adhering to agreed SLA's.

About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative German Speaking to join us and own the early stages of our sales funnel, proactively qualifying leads at the highest levels of service. You’ll  work closely with mentors to build your skill sets and learn about our business from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Sales team, defining the best strategy to approach new leads and focus on target verticals
• Researching out and prospecting brands via different channels such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn message / Sales Navigator and other social selling channels
• Ensuring that the right decision makers are targeted and aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Arranging meetings and booking client demonstrations for our Business Development Managers
• Being the link between the sales and marketing teams, qualifying and generating leads to pass on to the Business Development team
• Engage and create relationships with affiliate networks or agencies in the German Market to source brands and contacts
• You will be a brand ambassador for Pion!

Requirements

As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our team. You will be working closely with the Senior User Researcher and the Head of Product Design, and you will be a key player in how our products are improved by understanding the voice of our students and brands (and other consumer groups when ready). You will work on both the client-facing side and the consumer side, meaning the breadth of work will be varied, challenging and fulfilling!

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Helping all of our B2C squads squads with reactive research needs. These may include:

• Setting up unmoderated tests
• Writing scripts for interviews
• Planning appropriate product research
• Advising colleagues on when and when not to test
• Analysing the results
• Suggesting next steps
• Running larger, more specialised tests, i,.e. diary studies

• Helping our Senior UX Researcher collate data for the monthly Pion Insights Assembly
• Managing the monthly CRM survey
• Recruit for (and sometimes run) the monthly student forum
• Recruit for and help facilitate the monthly in-person student mornings
• Share results across squads to ensure high visibility of insights utilising tools such as Figma, Slack, Google Slides
• Advocating for the user voice across the business
• Supporting initiatives to improve research practices such as research ops and insight documentation

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• 2+ years of industry experience as a UX Researcher
• Provable experience running user research for products and designs using different methodologies and platforms

• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research

Requirements

As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our team. You will help create delightful experiences for our users by collaborating with product managers, engineers, account managers, product marketing, our users and our clients, researchers and designers and many more functions. Participating in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to iteration, you will help to understand problems, sketch and prototype ideas to quickly assess their viability, and design the fine-grained details of components, interactions, and transitions. We're in the process of really levelling up our UI game, so a lean towards this in your experience would be great!

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Understand and adopt our ways of working and cadences as a Design guild and business.
• Conduct research that identifies user needs, test ideas and refine design with data and user feedback. (User Interviews, Lookback, Usability Hub, Looker).
• Work closely with the Principal, Head of Product and Head of Product Design to prototype (using Figma) viable solutions that our users love.
• Collaborating with engineers within your squad at every stage of the design process to develop high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Evaluating and proactively surfacing quality issues and bugs across teams.
• Contribute your work to our design systems, principles, workflows and playbook.
• Injecting both surface and deep delight into your designs whilst keeping in mind our brand and tone of voice.
• Work to our established visual and UX patterns to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience and suggest improvements where necessary
• Work on improvements of the Pion brand B2B product suite
• Be involved in conversations / research with some of the biggest brands in the world in order to aid design decisions

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• 2+ years experience as a UI or Product Designer
• Ability in prototyping techniques such as interaction and motion design (Figma, ProtoPie).
• Has used modern design tools e.g. Figma and have both used and contributed to a design system.
• An exemplary grasp of UI principles such as patterns, typography.
• Ability to work quickly and an appetite to learn and grow as a designer.

As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a passionate and experienced “Head of Verification Partnerships" to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in leading our sales strategy for our verification products and championing them across the sales teams. You will also support product managers and product marketing in architecting solutions that address customer needs in the consumer verification space.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value proposition of Pion's solutions.
• Champion the product set and own the sales goals for our verification products

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Senior level of experience in software verification methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to enterprise e-commerce teams
• In-depth understanding of verification products and experience selling a variety of verification tools or similar SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ability to document solutions effectively, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
• Designing and architecting comprehensive verification solutions, leveraging a product portfolio and potential integrations with third-party tools.
• Developing reference architectures and best practices for verification workflows.

About the role

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our B2B product lines that drive adoption and growth, with some involvement in B2C
• Working with customers, stakeholders and influencers across the business to gain insights into the unique needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audience segments
• Being able to synthesise and support a point of view from multiple sources (customers, competitors, research, industry trends, etc.)

About the role
