Requirements

As a result of our steady growth plans, we are looking for a passionate and experienced “Head of Verification Partnerships" to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in leading our sales strategy for our verification products and championing them across the sales teams. You will also support product managers and product marketing in architecting solutions that address customer needs in the consumer verification space.

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with customers to understand their specific verification needs and pain points.
• Analyze customer environments and recommend tailored verification solutions using Pion's products.
• Design and architect verification workflows that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify and address potential integration gaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our products, messaging, sales assets, technical documentation and teams are as effective as they can be.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions and presentations to showcase technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical teams at key partner organizations.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging verification technologies and their potential impact on Pion's solutions.
• Conduct technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value proposition of Pion's solutions.
• Champion the product set and own the sales goals for our verification products

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Senior level of experience in software verification methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to enterprise e-commerce teams
• In-depth understanding of verification products and experience selling a variety of verification tools or similar SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ability to document solutions effectively, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
• Designing and architecting comprehensive verification solutions, leveraging a product portfolio and potential integrations with third-party tools.
• Developing reference architectures and best practices for verification workflows.
