SDR

Our Sales Development Representatives are the face of our Commercial team, and the first point of contact for the huge variety of brands we work with at Pion. Our SDRs are known for possessing incredible knowledge about our product, insights and tech, and are most definitely the key individuals responsible for connecting us with potential partners across fashion, travel, tech, food & drink and everything in between! 

So whether you enjoy building relationships with exciting new brands, working collaboratively, creating a concrete progression path, or being responsible for lead generation and kick-starting something exciting, there’s something for everyone within the SDR team.

New Business

Our Business Development Managers are the people responsible for truly building and fortifying relationships with some of the biggest brands in the world. If you’re on the lookout for a team where no day is the same, then this is the place to be.

Our BDMs strive to understand each of our brand’s key goals and needs, to articulate, leverage and negotiate agreements which result in a win-win for both us and them. Although we love to hit targets, it’s also all about the people and long term partnerships that last. So check out our BDM roles, maybe you’ll be the next person to bring in one of our mega brands like Gymshark or Apple.

Account Management

Do you pride yourself on developing long-lasting relationships with brands that vary from SME all the way through to enterprise level.

If the answer is yes, then so do we! Our Account Managers are pivotal to the growth of and essential in understanding how to develop and create a “win-win” environment for both parties to really flourish.

Our clients vary from small, start up businesses who are just getting their brands out there, all the way through to retail and Gen-Z industry giants who make full use of the offering as a platform, media and advertising partner. It’s the job of our Account Management team to ensure two things: that our brands are more than satisfied with the service they receive, and that they always have an expert on hand to help with their queries, ensuring the longevity of our partnerships.

Customer Sucess

Our Customer Success team are the strategic advisors of our brands. They utilise a range of tools and techniques to understand brand’s business needs, whilst driving successful outcomes with Pion at the core.

The key role of the Customer Success team is to build strong relationships that showcase the huge value Pion can bring to a brand. They work closely with the Account Management team to increase renewal rates and open up further expansion opportunities. From kick off calls, to monthly and quarterly reviews and success plans, they are the ever-evolving voice of the customer and guide them through their journey with us.
