Germana Mitrani, Affiliate Marketing Manager at Samsung

Germana is a seasoned marketing professional with 6 years experience in the Affiliate & Partnerships Industry. Known for her expertise in the Electronics space and her bubbly personality, Germana looks after affiliate campaigns strategy and activation at Samsung. In 2023 she worked on various creator campaigns targeting Gen Z. Within the UK DTC department, she is in charge of the MX division, which includes Smartphones, Tablets, Watches, Buds and Laptops. Prior to Samsung, Germana was a Team Leader at Awin specialising in the Retail & Telco sectors. And outside of work? She loves skiing, musicals and play dates with her little niece and nephew.

Tierney Cowap, Growth Campaigns Manager at Monzo

Tierney is a social and digital marketing specialist with over 9 years’ experience in the FinTech, publishing and e-commerce industries. In the last decade, she has developed multi-channel marketing strategies for influential global brands and publishers, including Monzo, VICE, The Daily Telegraph, Refinery29 and The Independent.

Ishika Mehra, Gen Z Content Creator & Actor

Ishika Mehra, a 22-year-old content creator, actor, and part-time marketing executive at Keplin, graduated last year and promptly delved into full-time content creation and acting. She made her debut in a major role last year and has since starred in three more films. Ishika is also a full-time fashion, beauty, and lifestyle Gen Z content creator, collaborating with brands like ghd, Huda Beauty, and Nike to produce engaging content for her followers. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling to new destinations, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and constantly chasing her dreams.
