Prior to Trustpilot, Ben ran a direct marketing agency and a successful sports nutrition e-commerce business, with products stocked in major retailers like Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Superdrug, and Boots.
Ben’s e-commerce business was also a Trustpilot customer, providing him with unique insights into the platform from both a client and managerial perspective.
Stephanie Gillies is an insightful marketing leader currently serving as Trustpilot's Marketing Director. Stephanie has spent the past three years at Trustpilot, overseeing all marketing and PR efforts in the UK.
Prior to Trustpilot, she held various marketing roles at leading customer experience and mobile messaging companies, honing her skills in data-driven marketing and customer advocacy.
