What is YMS?

YMS stands for Youth Marketing Strategy. It is a two day festival of learning, networking and relationship building, bringing the youth marketing world together to better understand what’s going on in the lives of young people today and how to better connect with Gen Z consumers.

When is YMS happening?

YMS NYC is taking place on the 5th - 6th of March 2025.

YMS LDN is taking place on the 18th - 19th June 2025.

Who attends YMS?

YMS is the one place where global brands, leading agencies and the most innovative media, tech and solution providers come together to discuss and share their knowledge on the youth market. Expect to rub shoulders with senior decision makers from: Instagram, Vodafone, Deliveroo, Depop, Booking.com, JD Sports, Bauer Media, Nike, Adidas, Apple, The Rio Ferdinand Foundation to name just a few.

What networking opportunities do you have?

Networking opportunities are available at every turn at YMS - join us for a coffee and cinnamon bun at our networking breakfasts on both days of the event, plus frequent networking coffee breaks, and meet new connections over our famous street food festival, and VIP lounges are available across the 2 days. Plus, join us for networking drinks following day 1 of the event.

Do you have food and drink at the event?

One thing we promise at YMS is that you will NOT go hungry. Kick off the day with cinnamon buns, enjoy delicious food served from numerous street food trucks across the 2 days, plus snacks and drinks galore from some of the most exciting food and drink brands. And if that’s not enough, how does coffee on-tap sound?

Where is YMS NYC taking place?

Our venue is located in beautiful Brooklyn, a hub of creativity and culture. It's the perfect location for a high energy event such as YMS. You will find us at: Industria Williamsburg. 39 S 5th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249, United States

Ticket FAQs

How can I purchase tickets?

Early bird tickets, group tickets, and general admission tickets can all be purchased through our ticket page. Get your ticket ASAP as there’s a high chance we’ll soon sell out!

What’s included in my ticket?

Tickets will give you access to both event days and the networking drinks reception at the end of day 1. Access to all our stages, exhibition networking area, drinks reception, coffee, snacks, and lunch.

What discounts are available?

We offer early bird tickets and discounts on large group bookings, these can be purchased through our ticket page. For non-profit, education and student rates, please get in touch with us directly.

Can I pay by invoice?

If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us directly and one of our team will sort this out for you.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Can’t make it YMS? Send a colleague or friend on your behalf! Names can be charged on your ticket up to 48 hours before the event date. However, please be aware that access to the event during the festival is one ticket per person and tickets cannot be shared.

Do you offer 1 day tickets?

Unfortunately, we do not offer 1 day tickets. A ticket to YMS is to grant you access to both days of the event.

Where can I collect my badge?

You will need to collect your event badge from our registration desk on your arrival at YMS. Please look out for an email nearer the event date with full instructions.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be made up to 30 days pre event. Please have a look at your eventbrite confirmation email to process this, otherwise get in touch with us directly.
