Requirements

As a result of our steady growth plans, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing leader to influence product development, align product and sales, and help us to drive greater success with customers and users. You will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs, pain points, and desires of our audiences, and translate those insights into innovative product features and marketing strategies that drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

On a day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our B2B product lines that drive adoption and growth, with some involvement in B2C
• Working with customers, stakeholders and influencers across the business to gain insights into the unique needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audience segments
• Being able to synthesise and support a point of view from multiple sources (customers, competitors, research, industry trends, etc.)
• Collaborating with product owners and Product Management leadership to drive product and feature development, influencing the product roadmap, balancing customers needs, feasibility, and business objectives.
• Crafting, testing, and optimising compelling value propositions, product positioning, messaging and communication materials that resonate with target audiences and communicate a unique competitive advantage
• Owning our go-to-market process and roadmap, developing and executing robust plans for Pion product launches, leveraging market driven product features to drive engagement and adoption
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales Enablement to develop training programs for the sales team on product features and value propositions, and ensure product messaging and collateral effectively equip the sales team to close deals.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Relevant experience in product and/or marketing, with experience in a similar product marketing leadership position of seniority
• Prior experience in successfully developing and launching media, advertising and technology products with B2B audiences required, SaaS experience a plus
• Strong ability to influence at all levels, balancing customer, feasibility and business requirements and holding product, marketing and sales leadership to account
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience with product marketing tools and technologies (e.g., product launch platforms, marketing automation).
• Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of sales and marketing analytics.
